Sam Divine is a key figure in the international house scene - as a DJ, producer, label founder and mentor. Born in Weston-super-Mare in 1986, her career began with record players in her mother's garden shed. After working in record stores and pirate radio stations, a meeting with Aaron Ross led her to Defected Records and London, where she made her breakthrough. Her sound is characterized by deep, vocal and Balearic house and is based on icons such as Frankie Knuckles and Masters at Work. Divine impresses with energetic sets on global stages - including Tomorrowland, Glastonbury and clubs such as Ushuaïa Ibiza. In 2015, she founded her own label DVINE Sounds, which has released over 100 releases and is represented at festivals around the globe. In addition to productions such as “Cruel Intentions” (2024), she continues to make her presence felt with her radio show on Kiss FM. Divine is also committed to equality in the scene: with projects such as “D-Vita” and “Lady In The House”, she promotes female talent and raises money for charity. She is considered a role model for female artists worldwide and proves how powerful and trend-setting female voices can be in club culture.
