Fatima Koanda is an up-and-coming DJ from Italy. She enriches the club scene with her unique blend of techno, groovy house, electro and Afrotribal influences. Born in Bergamo to parents from Burkina Faso and the Ivory Coast, she brings a diverse cultural perspective to her music. In her sets, she combines hypnotic beats with global rhythms, creating an immersive sound journey that captivates the audience and encourages them to dance. Her musical versatility is reflected in her ability to seamlessly combine different genres to create a unique listening experience. Fatima's career began a few years ago when she started DJing with friends in Milan. This experience eventually led to the creation of her own project, where she can fully realise her musical vision. A significant milestone was her inclusion as resident DJ at the queer party series ‘Solida’ at the QClub in Milan, where she regularly plays and delights the audience with her sets. In addition to her performances in Milan, Fatima has also attracted international attention. She has played at prestigious events such as the Kappa FuturFestival in Turin and has been a guest on radio programmes such as Kiosk Radio and HÖR Berlin.
