Italian-born DJ and producer Cristina Lazic, who now lives in London, has quickly established herself on the international house scene. Since entering the music business almost five years ago, she has been playing in renowned clubs and festivals around the world - including Hï Ibiza, Space Miami, Exit Festival, Sunwaves and Koko London. Her releases appear on renowned labels such as Crosstown Rebels, Moxy Muzik and Bedrock and her characteristic, reduced house sound inspires international radio platforms such as BBC Radio 1, Ibiza Global Radio, Sonica, Pure Ibiza and Data Transmission. In 2024, she launched her ambitious project ‘La Zic’ - a multidimensional music platform that not only functions as a label, but also combines educational programmes and event formats. Cristina wants to create a space that combines musical quality with social commitment. As a mother and active advocate for equal rights, she is aware of the challenges that women - especially mothers - face in male-dominated industries such as the music and tech world. This is why she is involved in shesaid.so, a global network for women in the music industry, where she heads up the parenting section. There she specifically campaigns for the interests of female artists with children. Despite all her projects, music remains the core of her identity. Her mission: to touch people emotionally with her music and get them on the dance floor - with a sound that oscillates between profound deep house and rhythmically playful minimal.
