Brina Knauß has been exploring the world of house and techno since 2014. Born in Slovenia in 1985, the female DJ first made a name for herself in Milan's hippest clubs before becoming internationally recognised in the electronic music scene. She was supported early on by Luciano and Damian Lazarus. Thanks to her classical music training, she combines harmonious melodies with driving grooves and knows how to respond to the audience. Her profound sets make her unmistakable. Every year she performs at renowned festivals such as Afterlife, Zamna, Tomorrowland, Awakenings, Cercle and Extrema. Her versatility also allows her to perform at cross-genre events such as Soundstorm in Riyadh, EDC Las Vegas and ULTRA Miami. There she shared the stage with the likes of Carl Cox and Solomun, while in Ibiza she performed with Lost Frequencies and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. She has also been working as a producer since 2019. Her first track ‘Sledi Toku’ was released on Rebellion, a sub-label of Crosstown Rebels, and features her own vocals. She has also worked with labels such as Armada Music, Zamna and Cercle Records, creating emotional tracks that work in both clubs and relaxed environments. In 2023 she founded her own label ‘EMPATH’ and released her first EP ‘WE KNOW’. This project combines deep, immersive house and techno sounds with spherical vocals, gentle melodies and pulsating beats - a tapestry of sound that invites you to dance and enjoy in equal measure.
