Anna Schreit is a Berlin-based DJ, producer and singer who has made a name for herself in the electronic music scene with her multi-faceted sound and deep musical passion. Born and raised in Berlin, she was musically influenced from an early age - above all by her father's art rock band, which gave her a feel for sound diversity and musical structures. Although Berlin is considered a techno stronghold, Anna found her way into electronic music during a stay in Munich, where she discovered the hypnotic sounds of house music. Since her DJ debut in 2012, Anna has been known for her sets, which are characterised by a dynamic mix of different subgenres. She knows how to take her audience on a musical journey, navigating through deep house, soul, funk and jazz. This versatility is also reflected in her productions, such as her ‘Duck EP’, which she released on Compost Records in 2024. Each track on this EP is dedicated to one of the three bookers of the Berlin club Sisyphos, where Anna regularly plays. Anna has performed on renowned stages and festivals including HÖR Berlin, Renate, Sisyphos, About Blank, The Lot Radio and Nation of Gondwana. Her performances are known for their emotional depth and her ability to get the audience into a collective flow. In addition to her live sets, she also shares her music online, for example via her SoundCloud channel, where she regularly releases new mixes. For her, music is a means of amplifying emotions, connecting people and bridging difficult moments.
