Audiodrome Club: an industrial space for electronic music

Located in an old factory in the Moncalieri district on the outskirts of Turin, the Audiodrome Live Club has transformed its industrial ruin charm into a vibrant sound space. The abandoned factory structure, with its striking chimney sculpture, attracts visitors with its architecture and offers an invitation to night-time immersion, ecstatic sound and collective ecstasy.

Originally, the building served industrial purposes, harking back to a time when the area was dominated by work, machines and production. At the end of 2015, Movement Entertainment took over the building with the vision of transforming it into a centre for cultural and musical diversity. Since then, the Audiodrome has not only served as a concert hall, but also as a lively field of experimentation, hosting everything from live electronic music concerts and DJ sets to artistic events and music academies. Here, music merges with space, history and community.

The programme, which was initially focused on rock, has evolved into an open format, with electronic music — house, techno, tech house, electro and even more daring soundscapes — becoming a central pulse of the club’s identity.

The character of the Audiodrome stems from the broken beauty of industrial rawness. Brick, metal and high ceilings create an open setting that allows sound to spread. Combined with a powerful sound system and precisely placed lighting, the space comes alive. The result is bass that is not only heard, but felt too: heavy, warm and almost physical. It pulsates like the echo of old machine halls repurposed as dance arenas. In this environment, music transcends mere playback to become a shared experience, carried by the collective breath of the crowd.

Audiodrome has two halls. The larger main floor can accommodate 900–1,000 people and is ideal for large-scale events. The smaller loft space is ideal for more intimate events.

The club’s artistic orientation reflects openness and versatility. International electronic music stars such as Enrico Sangiuliano have performed on the stage alongside underground scene insiders — a clear statement that quality is not only defined by name, but also by attitude.

Equally important is the fact that Audiodrome does not see itself as confined to a single genre. House, techno, rap, hip-hop, indie and more coexist here on an equal footing — not as a trend, but as an expression of a vibrant musical cosmos.

Described by many as ‘the closest thing Turin has to Berlin-style nightlife’, Audiodrome is a stage for club culture with attitude, a space for experimentation and a refuge for music lovers, far removed from commercial uniformity.

Night, dance floors and vibrating air – here, individuality merges with community. Visitors find not only beats, but also resonance: sound spaces where music continues to resonate long after the last track has faded away.

In recent years, Audiodrome has remained relevant with its continuously curated musical programming, headliners such as Enrico Sangiuliano, and events demonstrating that the club is a living expression of free club and scene culture, not a relic.

Audiodrome shows that a club can be a temporary home for the beat, for the night and for anyone who sees sound as a space and the night as a possibility. It’s not just a place to party, it’s a place to experience sound.

Perhaps Audiodrome is less a place than a whisper of concrete and bass. For those who listen, it becomes a call. ‘Come on in!’
